Using original Ghan railway anchors that once secured the tracks linking Central Australia to the world, we hand-forged each blade in our Alice Springs workshop. Each knife is paired with Saucisson Australia’s artisan charcuterie, bringing together two crafts that honour tradition, heritage, and the art of making by hand.
