Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping method and the product that is being ordered.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected and depending on location.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after evaluating the issue.
Change of Mind: We are not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully as all purchases are final unless deemed faulty.
Note regarding Refunds: If your return is approved for a defective or damaged product, we will process a full refund, including the cost of shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
All course fees are non-refundable. Our cancellation policy is stringent, requiring a minimum 48-hour notice for any changes to your booking. If you wish to modify your reservation, kindly inform us MORE than 48 hours before the scheduled course.
Should you need to make alterations within the 48-hour window prior to your class, we can accommodate by transferring you to another course or providing a credit, valid for three months.
However, if you cancel within 48 hours of the course commencement, we regret that we are unable to transfer or issue a credit for your ticket.
Nevertheless, you have the option to send a substitute in your place; kindly inform us promptly if you choose this option.
In the event of a class cancellation or rescheduling, or if a postponement is deemed unsuitable, we reserve the right to offer a refund. We will communicate any such changes to you at the earliest opportunity, but no later than 48 hours before the originally scheduled class date.
