This wood was ethically collected and cured to a humidity level of >10%. It then undergoes a rigorous stabilisation process, where it is immersed and placed under vacuum in Cactus Juice resin for a minimum of 8 weeks. Following immersion, the block is pressurized at approximately 60 PSI for 3 days, ensuring optimal penetration and stabilization. Finally, it is cured to a hardness of Shore D 80-85 at 100c for 2 hours before being meticulously sanded and polished.

Whether you’re crafting a statement Bowie knife or a refined pocketknife, our stabilized wood offers unmatched beauty, durability, and ease of use.
